Administrative Staff
“It’s What’s Up Front That Counts”
Melissa John-Pendleton brings considerable health care administrative experience to her position as our Office Manger. She has worked with the partners since 1994. Melissa is the person to call if you have any questions about our treatment programs or services. She is also ready to help you understand your insurance coverage, billing questions and to schedule your appointments. Melissa is the “hub” of Foothills Physical Therapy. You can often see her running 5K races, hiking, farming, or racing after her cow named “Missy”! |
Marge Tanner is our administrative assistant and will often be the first one you’ll meet at Foothills. She’ll welcome you and steer you in the right direction with the physical therapists and any paperwork involved. If she happens to look familiar, she’s the “ice cream lady” with 4-H at the infamous Hopkinton Fair! P.S. Ask her about quarter horses- her first love along with her family! |
Becky Larson is a vital link in our administrative staff. Patient scheduling, communicating with insurance companies and dealing with all the odd ball personalities of the physical therapists are just some of her exemplary skills at Foothills. We think that coming from a family of 12 and having twin daughters of her own has prepared her well for being a part of the Foothills family!

Chelsea Pelletier - You'll meet Chelsea at the front desk. She'll get you checked in, scheduled and assist you with your insurance needs. She complements her part-time hours here with being a full time Mom, aspiring nursing student and exercise/yoga enthusiast.

Physical Therapy Clinical Staff
“Eight Heads are Better than One”
Brigitte Cook is one of the founding partners of Foothills and has been a PT since 1987, graduating from Russell Sage College. A strong clinician in orthopedics and sports rehab, Brigitte is also reputable in vestibular and balance rehab, often assisting at national workshops. Her expertise in this area of “dizziness” is well recognized in the Northeast. Her sense of humor, constant badgering of her colleagues and straight-shooting and playful style are an asset to both Foothills and the girls she coaches in youth sports. |
Julie Dewdney, though a native Canadian, has lived most of her life in NH. She has an undergraduate degree in Sociology and Anthropology from Swarthmore College from 1975. A PT since 1985 as a graduate of Boston University, Julie is one of the founding partners of Foothills. Along with being one of our “elders” of Foothills, her vast experience in orthopedics, osteoporosis, total joints, spine and foot/ankle dysfunctions always helps to fill the “well of knowledge” at Foothills. Her gardening, kayaking and love of her sheep and chickens help to maintain her sanity. |
Maggie Donohue graduated from University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey in 1984 and is one of the founding partners at Foothills. She served as the chair of the NH PT Licensing Board from 1998-2006. Her dedication to the field is also reflected in her national position with Federation of State Boards of PT. With a strong background in orthopedics, vestibular and sports rehab, Maggie always brings a practical functional approach to her work. We’d be “up a creek” without her all-around fix-it, efficient ways at Foothills. Speaking of creeks, you’ll often find her paddling in them during her off-hours. |
Carol Wong, a California native, graduated from University of California – Berkeley in Physical Education in 1982 and received her PT degree from Mayo Clinic in Minnesota in 1985. She is also one of the founding partners of Foothills. Along with general orthopedics, she specializes in sports and spinal rehab, women’s health and work with performing artists. Her personal experience in dance and other recreational sports helps to inform her movement approaches with patients. She keeps the rest of the staff thinking outside-the-box with her unique bi-coastal perspectives. |
Jeff Clough has been practicing PT since 1980 as a graduate of Northeastern University. He was also one of the founding partners of foothills. Jeff also formerly had a private PT practice in Bedford, NH from 1989-1995. He holds his own with strong orthopedic skills including areas of headaches, TMJ and sports rehab. He also holds his own in the lucky position as the sole male at Foothills. You’ll find him applying his sports medicine knowledge to the slopes of Loon Mt. all winter long. |
LouAnn Bronson, our only NH native PT, hails from Keene. She has been practicing PT since 1980, graduating from University of Connecticut. Along with orthopedic and neurological interests, she has a specialty in TMJ , formerly having her own private practice in Maine. In 2010, LouAnn also became certified as a Level I professional ski instructor. She also actively provides her rehab expertise for the Concord area high school crew team comprised of approximately 100 rowers. Along with raising 4 almost grown children, she is now coming up for air as an avid hiker, aspiring thespian, sought-after costume maker and perpetual jokester. |
Tina Aubin has been practicing PT since graduating from Clarkson University in 2002. Her strong background in orthopedics and neurological rehab is a solid complement to Foothills. She is instrumental in creating a harmonious atmosphere at Foothills and we’d be lacking without her skills as IT specialist, and homemade salsa and pizza maker extraordinaire! |
Martha Torrey has been a practicing PT since 1978 graduating from University of Wisconsin – Madison. Martha has been a part of the Concord PT community since 1988 with a strong reputation in orthopedics, TMJ, and foot/orthotics. She complements the PT staff well and her love of nature helps to fuel her energetic and creative style. |
Karyn Dietrich our physical therapy aide has been with Foothills since 2001. She is the go-to person for finding and ordering equipment to assist the physical therapists in their care with you. Her pleasant and efficient manner allows us to run smoothly. During the summer months, you’ll find her on the shores of Lake Winnipesauke. |
Joan Lewis, another physical therapy aide has been with us since 2006. She is a retired physical therapist with 36 years of private practice under her belt. She brings the experience of her P.T. years to us along with being a grandmother of 6 and an avid Red Sox fan! |
